Joanne Nicholls, Director
With over 30 years of experience in private healthcare, Jo has supported high-quality clinical services in South Wales. She began her career at BUPA Hospital Cardiff (now Spire), where she gained foundational experience in patient care and hospital operations.
In 2001, Jo worked alongside the directors to establish the Vale Clinic, a venture that grew into the successful Cardiff & Vale Nuffield Hospital, now a leading name in private care in the region. This experience gave Jo a first hand insight into building a clinic from the ground up and delivering outstanding care through efficiency and attention to detail. Jo has worked with several top consultants over the past 20 years as a PA/medical secretary.
Alongside her role in Pro Practice Management she works as Practice Manager at Pro Sports Medicine, where she oversees daily operations, supports clinicians and consultants, and ensures patients receive a seamless, professional service.
Jo has an extensive knowledge of private healthcare systems, and a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.
